The RB-DA24MD is a 1U rack-mount, high-performance 24-way audio distribution amplifier. It features two inputs that can be independently routed to 12 outputs each, or combined and sent to all 24 outputs.

The unit can operate in dual-mono mode (input 1 to outputs 1–12, input 2 to outputs 13–24) or mixed-mono mode, where both inputs are combined at a pre-set level and distributed across all outputs. In mixed-mono operation, three output level options are available via internal jumpers: -6dB, -3dB, or 0dB.

The XLR inputs and D-type outputs are electronically balanced but can also be wired for unbalanced operation. Each output is individually buffered, ensuring that a fault on one does not affect the others, and is protected against connection to both PoE (Power over Ethernet) and phantom power circuits.

Master gain controls for each input are accessible via rear-panel preset potentiometers, allowing adjustment from -15dB to +15dB – ideal for matching consumer and professional signal levels.

A front-panel LED indicates power status, while a rear-panel switch activates a 125Hz, 6dB-per-octave roll-off filter applied to both inputs.
