Sonifex has a repair and test department which can repair any Sonifex equipment returned. Before returning equipment, contact Sonifex to receive a Returns Number so that your equipment can be processed more efficiently. If you require a quotation before repair, please state this in writing, giving a contact name and telephone number. Warranty repairs will be carried out free of charge, including free postage back to you, but you need to return the goods back to us, whether they are inside or outside of their warranty. Equipment should be returned in its original packaging - Sonifex are not responsible for damage to equipment in transit and charges will be made to repackage a product for return to you.
When returning a product to Sonifex for repair, you should be aware that there is a survey fee of £130.00 (which includes an hour's labour), for providing a quotation for a repair. The reason for this is that there is usually more work involved in finding what is wrong with the unit than in performing the actual repair itself. If, after you have requested and received a quotation, you do not wish the product to be repaired, you will be charged the flat fee of £130.00 and the product will be returned unrepaired.
