Analogue Dante Variants Now Shipping – The New Multi-Channel Analogue & Digital AoIP Interfaces

Interfacing 16 channels of audio to the Dante or RAVENNA AoIP Network.

The range supports both bi-directional and single-direction conversion between analogue or AES3 digital audio and Audio-over-IP (AoIP).

Building on the success of the original range, the second-generation platform offers enhanced flexibility with support for Dante or RAVENNA/AES67. Data and power redundancy via RJ45 connections are included as standard, along with additional USB-C power. The platform supports 16-channel configurations, available as 16 inputs or 16 outputs (analogue only), or 8 inputs and 8 outputs on XLR or terminal block connectors.

These cost-effective 1U rack-mount solutions are designed for AV professionals and system integrators, offering simple configuration and operation. Setup and routing are performed using industry standard tools: Dante-based models use Dante Controller, while RAVENNA-based models use ANEMAN (Merging Technologies). Power is delivered via PoE (Power over Ethernet), reducing cabling complexity and installation time, along with additional USB-C power if PoE is unavailable.

The range feature high-quality Neutrik XLR or terminal block connectors, and are housed in a robust, compact 1U rack-mount aluminium chassis for straightforward installation and long-term reliability.

Front panel status and confidence LEDs provide clear indication of PoE, Link, DC power and Clock, and AES lock on the digital variants. Analogue variants include global 0dBFS line-up which can be set to +12dBu, +18dBu or +24dBu via a recessed front panel switch.

Simple to deploy and highly reliable, the range is ideal for broadcast, live production and professional AV environments where dependable, low-latency audio transport and seamless integration between analogue or digital and networked systems are essential.

Part number and descriptions clearly identify input type, configuration, and AoIP type: “DNT” denotes Dante AoIP, “RAV” denotes RAVENNA AoIP, and “T” variants indicate terminal block versions.
