Warranty repairs will be carried out free of charge, including free postage back to you.
Return postage for out of warranty repairs will be charged separately. Equipment should be returned in its original packaging – Sonifex are not responsible for damage to equipment in transit. Charges may be made to repackage a product for return postage.
Six months warranty will be applicable to the specific repair undertaken.
A survey fee of £140 will be charged should you request the units returned un-repaired.
Repairs not collected within 3 months of notification of completion will be disposed of to recover costs.
Items not manufactured by Sonifex may incur additional freight costs, if they have to be returned to the original manufacturer for repair.
